Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a maximum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavor or functional characteristics.

Ingredients:
dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, red bell pepper), spices, citrus peel fiber, citric acid, sea salt, silicon dioxide, natural & artificial flavors.

GUACAMOLE DIP
All you need:
- 4 large, ripe avocadoes, peeled, seeded and mashed
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
- finely chopped tomato
- Guacamole Dip mix

All you do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance.

FOR CREAMY GUACAMOLE
Replace 2 of the avocados with 250 ml (1cup/8oz) sour cream, and omit the lemon juice & tomatoes. Follow the rest of the Guacamole directions.
